APPROVED COURSE FOR MANDATORY NOTARY EDUCATION REQUIREMENT!
All applicants applying for reappointment (notaries originally commissioned after July 1, 2003 or those who were commissioned before July 1, 2003, but had a lapse in commission which included July 1, 2003) must meet the educational requirement. Notary applicants must complete at least three hours of approved notary education within the 6-month period immediately preceding the application.
